Information we process
We may process an email submitted for the newsletter, messages sent to our contact address, and technical data needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser, device, date, requested path, country edition, and error logs.
When you interact with a survey or advertising, we may record navigation events such as PageView, QuizCompleted, OfferwallShown, ArticleReached, and AdView, along with the page path, traffic source, campaign identifiers, country edition, and survey variant. These events describe steps in the journey and do not include the answers selected in the survey.
Advertising, analytics, and service providers
Google Ad Manager: serves and measures ads, manages frequency, and helps prevent fraud. Google may use cookies, identifiers, and device signals under its settings and your consent where required.
Meta Pixel: measures visits and journey events for attribution, audience creation, and campaign optimization. Meta handles those signals under its own policies and advertising controls.
Plausible: provides aggregate statistics used to understand traffic sources, site use, and performance.
Supabase: provides database, storage, and authentication services. Netlify provides hosting and edge processing; Cloudflare may process technical data for DNS, security, or verification.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies or equivalent technologies when needed for security, operation, advertising, and measurement. We may also use sessionStorage or localStorage to retain the country edition, attribution parameters, survey state, and article-unlock state during a journey. You can delete or block these technologies through your browser, although some features may not work correctly.
Purposes and retention
We process information to provide and protect the service, diagnose errors, measure performance, prevent duplicate events, attribute campaigns, manage advertising frequency and relevance, and respond to requests. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Providers retain data under their own settings and policies.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can manage cookies in your browser and review Google and Meta advertising preferences. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, or restriction by emailing hola@nodonexo.com. You may also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. We do not sell survey answers.
Transfers and changes
Some providers may process information outside your state or country using their applicable safeguards. We may update this policy when our services, providers, or obligations change; the date above identifies the current version.
